1. Completely dismantle machine, remove paint and steam clean
2. Replace all bearings
3. Replace all gears
4. Replace all sprockets, chains bushings, air valves, etc.
5. Replace or repair any damaged or broken parts
6. Rebore and bush any bores which are worn
7. Grind, chrome plate and repair journals on slitter scorer shafts
8. Direct drive with 30 HP drive
9. Change index time to 4 - 5 seconds.
10. Motorize lateral movement
11. Paint to customer’s specifications
